Are your handbags genuine Harris Tweed®?
Absolutely.
The handbags in our collection are made by Islander and feature authentic Harris Tweed®, a cloth handwoven in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. Each Harris Tweed® piece carries the official Harris Tweed Orb Mark, certifying the cloth's authenticity and heritage.
Why is every handbag unique?
One of the beautiful things about Harris Tweed is that no two bags are exactly alike.
Because the fabric is woven in traditional patterns and cut individually during production, the placement of the pattern will naturally vary from one handbag to the next.
That means your handbag is truly one of a kind.
Will my handbag look exactly like the website photos?
Our photographs are taken to represent each design as accurately as possible.
Because every Harris Tweed panel is unique, the pattern placement may differ slightly from the images shown.
How will my handbag arrive?
Every Isla & Hart order is carefully wrapped by hand using beautiful tissue paper and finished with thoughtful details.
We believe opening your parcel should feel just as special as carrying your handbag for years to come.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is beautifully presented as standard.
If your handbag is a gift, simply leave us a note at checkout and we'll happily include a handwritten gift message.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Estimated delivery times:
Major cities: 1–3 business days
Outlying areas: 3–5 business days
During exceptionally busy periods, delivery may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Can I return my handbag?
We hope you'll absolutely love your handbag from the Isla & Hart collection.
However, if you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the handbag is unused and in its original condition.
