Every order is carefully inspected, beautifully wrapped, and thoughtfully prepared before beginning its journey to your doorstep.
We currently deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.
Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Estimated delivery times:
• Major cities: 1–3 business days
• Outlying areas: 3–5 business days
During exceptionally busy periods, delivery may take a little longer, but we'll always keep you informed.
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE nationwide delivery on all orders over R1,500.
For orders below R1,500, a flat shipping fee of R120 applies.
Your shipping costs will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect delivery information.
